S&T makes paying your bill easy!



Beginning January 26, 2022, all previous Wheatland Broadband customers will receive their monthly bill from S&T. Wheatland broadband will no longer process bills for broadband services. Any payments sent to Wheatland Electric for broadband service will be returned to the customer.

Q. How can I pay my bill?

Bills may be paid online, by mail, in-person, or via secure dropbox.

Q. How do I pay online?

Your online customer portal is the easiest way to manage your S&T account, including paying your bill for free. You can access online account management at myaccount.sttelcom.com, or via the My S&T app.

Q. How do I set up auto-pay?

Automatic payment is a great way to never miss a payment and can be set up online, or by completing the back portion of the mailed invoice.  Customer service is available for assistance.  

Q. How do I pay by mail?

Simply return the bill stub and a check/money order in the enclosed return envelope and affix the appropriate postage.

Q. Where can I drop off my payment?

All six S&T office locations have secure dropboxes for bill payments. Please return using the enclosed mail envelop and bill stub.

Q. What if I have questions about my bill?

We offer 24/7 support to all of our customers at 1-800-432-8294. All customer service locations have representatives available between 8-5.

Q. What if I want to pay in cash?

Please visit a customer service location during business hours to speak to a representative.

Q. What if I can't pay my entire bill this month?

Please contact a customer service representative to discuss your options.
