Wheatland Broadband is now S&T! Beginning January 1, 2022, all Wheatland Broadband customers will receive their service from S&T. During this operational transition, customers will be contacted in the mail or by phone, prior to any changes to service or billing procedures. In fact, many Wheatland Broadband customers can expect improvements in speed and reliability in early 2022!

Q. Will you raise prices?

We are committed to maintaining all current rates for at least 6 months. Fortunately, unlike some of our privately-held competitors, we remain a not-for-profit cooperative and strive to provide the best services at the best price. Our goal is to always bring better service opportunities to all of our customers.

Q. What happens to my membership with Wheatland Electric?

As a continued customer of Wheatland Electric, the membership should not change. Please contact Wheatland Electric for more information.

Q. Will we be offering landline phone/video services?

We are always considering providing the most valuable services for our customers. As technology evolves, we focus on our broadband network to power the consumer shift toward streaming platforms like Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu. We will, however, notify eligible customers of any future residential cable TV and phone services announcements.

Q. Who do we contact for support and customer service?

Beginning Jan 1st, 2022, all customer support questions and concerns should be directed to S&T. Although Wheatland Electric offices will no longer offer support for broadband services, we will continue to operate the former Wheatland Broadband office in downtown Scott City. We also offer 24/7 support to all of our customers at 1-800-432-8294.
