Dear S&T Customer,


At S&T, we remain deeply connected to our communities. The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted not only our team and customers but also the global community at large. Today, the Kansas Corporation Commission has directed all utility providers to suspend any service disconnections until 15 April. We support this decision 100% and will continue to provide the necessary telephone, cable, and broadband services to our customers.


As of now, our dedicated service teams will continue to provide customer support while taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of themselves and customers. We encourage all customers to call 1 (800) 432-8294 for customer service needs, rather than visiting an S&T office in person.


We are monitoring the pandemic situation closely and will continue to make necessary adjustments as the situation continues to evolve. Our highest priority is to ensure the safety of both our S&T family, our customers, and our communities.
